Motion carried. , Comnmdcation from Mr. Norf James Jebbia,President of Long Beach Banana Distributors, Inc., agreeing to install at their own cost an 8 inch sewer line and an 8 inch water line upon the 20 foot easement from the East end of the property line to .Alameda Stree1; in accordance with the plans and specifications agreeable to the Vernon City Council; agreeing to grant title to the water and sewer lines to the City of Vernon, and also grant to Vernon an easement and right to maintain and use said ease- meni; for pw:poses to maintain these lines; the conpany will post a bond in the amount of ~15,ooo.oo for faithful performance; the company will immediately request Southem Pacific Railway to grant to the City of Vernon an easement or other right of ingress and egress over its narrow strip of real property which lies between the company's property and Alameda Street, was read.
