King, American Potash & Chemical CoDpany and Hopper Truck Co. to construct a 12 inch cast iron water main 400 feet long and to place fire hydrant near the west end of said line in Bandini Boulevard (a private Street) in accordance with Specifications No. 172 and Plan No. B4B-1l60 under inspection of the Engineering Dep.a.rtment with no e:xpense to the City of Vemon and wi. th the new pipeline and appurtenances becoming the property of the City of Vernon upon cODpletion, was read. (City Engineer recommended that easement grants be accepted by the City of Vemon and that authority be granted for the applicants to construct the water line and appurt- enances.) .
