COUNCIL PRESENT: Anderson, Furlong, Mailliard, Poxon" Trowbridge
COUNCIL ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order by Mayor R. J. Furlong.
Resolution No. 1864 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
directing the giving of notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the construction
of addition and alterations to Vernon City Hall in accordance with Specifications No.
187 and Plans Drawings No. B15-l357, consisting of Sheets Nos. 3" 4,,6, 9, 11, 8-1,
8-2, 5-3, 8-4, 8-5" 8-6, dated August 1, 1955, and Sheets Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12,
5-7, M-l, M-2, E-l and E-2 revised August 26, 1955, as prepared by Mr. Breo Freeman,
Architect, was read.
It was moved by Trowbridge, seconded by Mailliard, that Resolution No. 1864
be approved and adopted. Motion carried.

Resolution No. 1865 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vernon
declaring prevai.1jne rate of per diem wages to be used for the addition and alterations
to Vernon City Hall in accordance with Specifications No. 187, and Plans Drawings No.
B15-l357 ,consisting of Sheets Nos. 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 5-1" 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 8-5, 5-6, dated
August 1, :1955, and Sheets Nos. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8" 10" 12, 8-7, M-l" M-2, E-l and E-2
revised August 26, :1955, as prepared by Mr. Breo Freeman, Architect, was read.
It was moved by Poxon, seconded by Trowbridge, that Resolution No. 1865 be
approved and adopted. Motion carried.

Noes: None
Absent: None
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was moved
by Poxon, seconded by Trowbridge, that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
