THE CITY COUNCIL, HELD TUESDAY,
FEBRUARY 14, 1984, AT 4:45 P.M.,
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE
CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 4305 SANTA
FE AVENUE, VERNON, CALIFORNIA

MEMBERS ABSENT:
None
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Malburg.
RESOLUTION NO. 5082 - A Resolution of the City Council of
the City of Vernon, California, Providing For The Appointment
To The Offices Of This City That Were To Be Elected On Tuesday,
April 10, 1984, was presented.
It was moved by Malburg, seconded by McCormick, that
Resolution No. 5082 be approved and adopted. Motion carried.
AYES: Malburg, McCormick, Ybarra, Davis, Gonzales
NOES: None
Absent: None
It'was moved by Gonzales, seconded by McCormick, that the
discipline or termination of Police Officer Jose Castro, be de-
ferred to February 21, 1984, at 3:00 P.M., during the regular
City Council Meeting. Motion carried.
At this time, it was moved by McCormick, seconded by
Ybarra, that the meeting be adjourned.
