THE CITY OF VERNON HELD THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2011,
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE CITY HALL LOCATED
AT 4305 SANTA FE AVENUE, VERNON, CALIFORNIA
MEMBERS PRESENT:
MEMBERS ABSENT:

Maisano, Newmire
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Mayor Pro-Tem
Davis.
The City Clerk announced that the Council meeting does not have
a quorum to conduct the meeting and roll call was taken:
- Mayor Pro Tem Davis - Present
- Councilmen McCormick - Present
- Councilmen Newmire - Absent
- Councilmen Maisano - Absent
The City Clerk announced the continuance of the meeting and all
public hearing matters to Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.
At 5:03 a.m., the City Clerk announced that due to lack of
quorum the meeting was adjourned.
Mayor Pro-Tem Davis wished everyone Happy Holidays.
