The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Mayor Pro-Tem
Davis.
The City Clerk announced that a quorum of the City Council was
not present in order to conduct any business.
As no action items were noticed, the staff conducted a public
workshop regarding the proposed utility user tax ("UUT").
