THE CITY OF VERNON HELD MONDAY, JUNE 25, 2012,
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE CITY HALL LOCATED
AT 4305 SANTA FE AVENUE, VERNON, CALIFORNIA
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. in the City of
Vernon,.5:00 p.m. in Agrium Italia S.P.A. by Mayor Pro-Tem
Davis.
The Deputy City Clerk conducted a roll call:
- Councilman Ybarra, present
- Councilman McCormick, present
- Mayor Pro-Tem Davis, in attendance through teleconference
- Councilman Maisano. absent
Special Legal Counsel Dana Reed advised that under the Brown
Act, a quorum needs to be physically present in order to conduct
the meeting.
The meeting was cancelled due to lack of in person quorum.
Councilman McCormick announced that the meeting would be
rescheduled.
