Mayor Lopez called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOTION
Mayor Pro Tem Ybarra moved and Council Member Davis seconded a motion to approve
the agenda. The question was called and the motion carried unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
RECESS
Mayor Lopez recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 8:04 a.m.

RECESS
At 8:55 a.m., Mayor Lopez called a recess. The meeting reconvened to Closed Session at
10:40 a.m. with all Council Members present.
RECONVENE
At 12:00 p.m., Mayor Lopez adjourned Closed Session and reconvened the special
meeting.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Interim City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman reported that the Council, with all five members
present, met in Closed Session, discussed the item on the agenda, and took no reportable
action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Lopez adjourned the meeting at 12:00 p.m.
