CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Ybarra called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
FLAG SALUTE
Mayor Pro Tem Ybarra led the Flag Salute.

Deborah Harrington, Interim City Clerk

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOTION
Council Member Lopez moved and Council Member Larios seconded a motion to
approve the agenda. The question was called and the motion carried with Mayor
Merlo absent.

None.

RECESS
Mayor Pro Tem Ybarra recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 10:31 a.m.

RECONVENE
At 12:08 p.m., Mayor Merlo adjourned the Closed Session and reconvened the
special meeting.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Moussa reported the City Council met in Closed Session and
reported the City Council accepted a Notice of Retirement from the City
Administrator.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Merlo adjourned the meeting at 12:08 p.m.
