SECT ION 2.-
Tho.t this franchise is granted and shall be

under this franchise shall be built in a good and workmanlike

22 such other buildings to be operated for said municipal purposes.

SECTION 10.-

_ neglect. failure or refusal to comply
with any of the oonditions of this franchise shall thereupon
illJlJlediately ipso facto &1'fsct a forfeiture thereof. and the
said City by its Board of Trustees. may thereupon dsolare
this franchlae forfeited and may saluda said grantee, its
BuoceBsors, or assigns from further use of the streets of said
City under 'th1.s t'ranchlse. and said grantee, ita sUCC'essors
or assigns. shall thereupon and immediately surrender all rights
in and to the same, and this franchise shall be deemed and shall
remain null. void and of no effect.

14 Jefferson Street and Santa Fe Avenue, and at the N. W. corner
