to be dl'lven or permit to be driven along. In. through, or acrose-
any public street, alley, highway or place, any animal, except
between the hours of two o'clock A.M. and .tour o'clook A.M. or tho

SECTION 2. It shull be unlawful to. any person to. ,liopooe of
garbage, paper or other ref",oe, ordinarily termed "trash" by bUl'ninr;
at any otheI- time than between the hours of rive o'clock A.M.. rmd
nine o'clock !\..M.., of the Bame day.
SWlh burning shall at all t 1m... be 80 conf'ined or controlled
that sush pieces or particles as ll1'e alive with fire oannot t'ry ton
t'eet therefrom wi thout "dying" or "going out", and such burning shall
be done at all times in such II manner that it cannot and shaU not
cause property surrounding such f"1 re to be 19ni ted.
"Ke'l'ION 3. This ordinance shall not apply to animals so driTen
when controlled by bridle or proper harness. nor 5hall the same
apply to "milch" o.nimalr, when the same azt'e driven for the pu~poae
of' supplying milk to the 1nhabitants of the city or Vernon.
