Section 1:
That the following described street
and alleys in the City of Vernon be cloced up, vacated and
abandoned, as contemplated by Ordinance No. 191 of said city:
First:
Third ::)treet from the southerly line of
Center .Avenue to the north line of Slauson Avenue, in the Hay
Tract Addition to Nadeau Park in the City of Vernon, COUYlty of
Los 1~1geles, state of California, as per map thereof recorded
in Book 29, page 2 t Miscellaneous Records of said county.
Second:
That certain alley between :'hird ,:;treet and
Second :Jtreet, from the southerly line of Center Avenue to the
northerly line of Slauson Avenue, in said Hay Tract Addition to
Hadeau Park.
Third:
That certain alley between Second 3treet and
First street, from the southerly line of Center Avenue to the
northerly line of Slauson Avenue, in said Hay Tract Addition to
!lade au Park.
Section ,g,:
That said work is for the closing up
of the street and alleys more particularly described in section
1 hereof, and it appears to said Board of ~rustees that there
are no damages, costs, or expenses arising out of said work,
and that no assessment is necessary for said wl)rk, and therefore
no commissioners are appointed to assess benefits and d.amages
for said work and. to have general supervision thereof.
