Firat: That no car5 or locomotives shall be permit-
ted at any time to stand upon the street occupied by said
spur track. except during tne time actually ~nployed in
ewitciling, loading or unloading of ears placed thereon. and
that said spur track shall at all times be used so as to 00-
struot the use of said street by vehicles or passengers, as
little as 'possible, consistent with the uses for which said
spur track is to be c.onstructed.

necessary and that all such flumes or culverts shall be
constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications
therefor approved oy the City Engineer of the City of Vernon
Third. That said grantee. its Buecessors or as-
signa. will pave and repave portions of the said street oc-
oupied by said spur track end for a distance of two (2) feet
on each side thereof, with the same materiaJ. and under the
same specification and in the same ma.nner as such street is
now. or may hereafter be paved or repaved, and tha.t all such
work shall be done under the instructions and to the specifi-
cations of the Boa.rd of Trustees of the Uity of Vernon.
fourth. That any negleot, failure or refusal on
the part of the grantee. its succeseore or assigns, to Ob-
serve or oomply with any of the terms and conditions of this
ordinance contained, shall effect a forfeiture of ths right,
privilege or permiSSion hereby granted, and the said city,
by its Board of Trustees, may thereupon declare such right.
and privilege forfeited. and may exclude from any f~rtner
use of the street occupied by said spur track, and the grant
..;eby made shall thereupon become and remain null, void' a.mi

Fifth. That the City of Vernon expressly re-
serves the right to sewer. repave or re-sswer said street
acrose which the right to construot said railrQad spur track
is here~ granted, a.nd to l~ gas, wa.ter and other pipe
therein, such work to be done so BS to injure sa1d railroad
as little as possible.

Sixth, That no obstructions. whether its cars or
rolling stock or item of any kind whatsoever shall, by the
said Railway Company, for a perioo. longer than three (3)
successive minutes at anyone time, obstruct. hinder or de-
lay traffic from passing along and in the space of six (6)
feet on either side of the center line of said 26th Street,
and at all times when said tr ack is in use. said Railway
Company shall keep, at 1 ts own expense, a flagman or signal-
man t'here a.t for the purpose of indicating, and who shall
indicate to the public the fact that said track is in use.

Seventh. There being no newspapers ot general
