16 feet in width and within sevsn feet of the curb line in all other
17 streets; and where it is necesaary to lay said line through the
18 border of any paved straet. the same shall be reetored to its or-
19 iginal oondition; and in the event it is necessary to cross any
20 portion of a pavsd street. the sams shall be done by a tulUlel or
21 bore. so as not to disturb the foundation of such paved street.
22 and in the event the same oannot be done. the sai d crossing shall
23 be made UIlder a speoial permit to be granted W the Board of
24 Trustees upon application therefor, said application to be aooom-

11 line or lines which are laid or placed by reason cf the privi-
12 leges granted in this franchise, all to the satisfaction of' the
