12 That the public interest and convenienoe requlrest and
13 it ie hereby found and determined that the public interest and
14, necessity require, and it is the intention of the Board of
15 Trustees of the City of Vsrnon to order the foUowing improvement
16 to be made, to wi t:
17 To layout and open as a publio street that certain
18 private roa.d within the City of" Vernon generally referred to as
19: East 51st Street from the West Line of Santa lie Avenue to the East
20' Line of Alameda Street.

That the land Which is, by the Board of Trustees of said

City, deemed necessary to be taken for the improvement deacribed
in Section 1 of this Ordinance, and Which the Eoard of Trustees
intends to take, therefore, is described as follows:.
A portion of Lot A, Tract No. 2493 aa per map recorded
in Book 25 at Page 79 ol: Mape, records of the County cf Loa
