The Board of Trusteee of the City of Vernon do ordain as

Section 1. That the right, privilege and permission be,
iand the same is hereby granted to the Southern Paoifio Railroad

Seotion 2. That the spur track which may be l~id and
construoted under the privilege hereby gr~lted shall oorrespond
to the offioial gr~de of the street aoross or along which it may
be plaoed, ~s now established by Said City of Vernon; tbe tops of
the rails to be flush with the surrounding surface of the street
Qnd in the event such street shall be graded, paved or otherwise i~
proved under the authority of Said City of Vernon, then such 8pur

and repl&nk, grAvel and regravel, pave and repave all portions or the
st~eet occupied by said spur track, and for a distance of two (2)
feet on each Bide thereof with the SaIDe material and under the same
