AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE: CITY OF VERNOn TO CLOSE up. VACATE AND ABANDON
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES THE WEST 115 FEET OF JUNIOR STREET
IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

SECTION I. That i'~ is the intention of the Board of

Trustees of the Ci ty of Vernon to close up, vacate and abandon

that certain portion of the :;Jul1l ic street known as Junior street,

and particularly described as follows:

The West 115 Feet of Junior street

16 district at' land to be affeoted or benefited by said work

18 expenses therefor, are specified and declared to be ae fol-

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot
13 A Block 5 New Vernon, as shown on m~ recorded
in Book 4 at Page 64 of Maps J Jtecords of the County
of Los Angeles; thence in a direct line easterly to
the Northeast corner of Lot 15, said Block 5,
thence in a direct 11ne southerly to the Southeast
corner of Lot 3 Block 4 said New Vernon; thence in
a direct line westerly to the Southwest corner Of Lot
