property. materials and labor proper or convenient therefor. And
the inourring of all expenses incidental thereto or arising there-
from.
!hat the estimated cost of said water works improvement
is the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($455,000.00),
and that the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to bs in-
curred therefor is the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-flvs Thousand Dol-
lars (*455,000.00); that the estimated cost of said fire Hlerm im-
provement is the sum of Fiftesn Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), and
that the smount of ths principal of the indebtedness to be inour-
red thsrefor is the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,OOO.00);
that the maximum rate of interest to be paid on said indebtedness
shall not exceed sIx per centum (6%) per annum, payabls semi-an-
nually; that if the propositions of incurring the said indebtedness
for said purposes, or either of them, so submitted at said elec-
tion. receive the requisite number of votes, to-wit: the votes of
two-thIrds of all ths voters voting at such specIal election, bonds
of sdd City shall be issued and, sold for said purposes as follows,
to-wIt:

quislte number of votee, as above reoited (said bonds being here-
after sometimes referred to as 1;he fire alarm improvement bonds).
Said water works improvement bonds eo to be issued
shall ba fivs hundred (500) in number, and said firs alarm im-
provement bonds so to be lssusd shall bs one hundred fifty (150)
in number.

Pour hundred fifty (450) of said watsr works improveme~ bonds
shall be issued ln the denomlnation of Ons Thousand Dollers
($1,000.00) eaoh, and fifty (501 of said water works improve-
ment bonds shall be iesued in ths denomination of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) saoh. Said firs alarm improvement bonds shall
be issued in the denomination cf One Hundrsd Dollars ($IOO.oo)
eaoh. The principal end interest of said bonds shall be pay-
able in lawful money of the United Statss. Said bonds shall be
dated Meroh lst. 1925, and bear interest at a rats to be here-
after determined by this Board of Trustees and expresssd in said
bonds, not to exoeed six per oentum (6%) per annum, payable semI-
annually, on the first day of March and ths first day of Septom-
ber of each year. Said bonds shall be payable in the manner
followlng, to-wlt:
l!'ifteen (15) of sald water works improvement bonde,
of the denomination of One Thousend Dollars ($1,000.00) eaoh,
shall be paid on the first day of Maroh, 1936, and fIfteen (16)
of said water works improvement bonds, of the denomination o~
Ons Thousend Dollars ($I,OOO.OO) eaoh, on ths first day of Maroh
of eaoh year thereafter down to and inoluding ths first day of
Meroh, 1964. One of said water works lmprovemsnt bonde, of
the denomination of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), shall be paid
on the first day of Merch, 1936, end one (1) of said water works
improvement bonds. of the denominatIon of One Hundred Dollare
($100.00) on the firet day of March of saoh ysar thereafter down
to end inclUding the first day of March, 1944. Two (2) of said
water works improvement bonds, of the denomination of One Hun-
dred Dollare ($100.00) esoh. shall be paid on the first d~ of
Meroh, 1945, and two (2) of said water lIOrks improvement bonde,
of the denomination of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) eaoh. on
the first day of Maroh of eaoh year thsrsaftsr down to and in-
oluding the first day of Maroh, 1964. Three (3) of said flre

firet day of Maroh, 19&5.
Seotion 4. !hat for the purpose of paying the prin-
oipal end interest on sueh bonde, the Board of Trusteee of said
CIty shall at the time of fIxing the general tax lsvy, end in
the manner for euoh general tax levy provIded, leTY end oolleot
annually, each year, until said bonds are paid, or until there
ehall be e Bum in the treasury of said City set apart for that
purpose suffioisnt to meet all sums ooming due for prinoipal
end intereet on suoh bonde, a tax suffioient to pay the ennueJ.
lnterest on suoh bonds, end also suoh part of the jr irc,ipal
thereof as shall beoome due before the time for fixing the nsxt
gsneral tax levy.
Said tax shall be in addition to all other taxes leVied
fcr municipal purposes, end sheJ.I be oolleotsd at the sams time.
