ORDINANCE NO..........
An Ordinance granting to the City of Los Angeles the right to
construct a storm drain in portions of Bandini Boulevard and ~st
26th Street.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the right to construct and maintain a storm
drain in those portions of Bandini Boulevard and .i.ast 26th street
lying eo.sterly fro", Downey l10ad and adjacent to the westerly lines of
Lot~ 83 aYld 84, ~~ancho Laguna in the l{ancho San Antonio as ;Jer map
recorded in Booj: 6387, page 1 et seq. of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles
County, said portions of ,East 26th street and Bandini Bouleva.rd
lying wi thin the lim! ts of suid Ci t;r of Vernon; be and the same is
hsreby granted to t~o City of Los Angeles.
