COl1lmissionere. Rvery such permit shall contain the nwne of the
person" firm or cOr'lJoration to whom the sa.rn.e is issued. and it
shall slJecify whether the same is iesued for a public garage,
aurt;om.o1:.ile filling stat ion, or public filling stat ion,. the
loca.tion 'by street and number of thQ IJremises ul!Qn Which such
garaCe or fillinG statior.. is or is to be located. the QJilOunt
of gasoline that may "be stored therein, and the exact ~oco.tion
where ca.soline storage tc.nks, ij~ a.ny, shall be IJ~acec1.
SECTION II.
For the purpose of tl1ii;l ordinance the tCl."11l :l"public

All other garages shall be deemed to be private
garo.ges within the mea.nine: of this ordinance.
For the purpose of this ordinance, the term
"automobile filline stationll is defined to be any lot ,-premises
or building or any vortion thereof. which is used wholly or in
pa:rt for the rmr]?OS6 of f'--<.rniol1inc; gasoline. in the open air,
to motor vehicles.
For the -purpose of this ordinance. tl::.e term "-public
filling stationtt is defined to be a.ny lot. preI.llses or building
or a.ny portion thereof which is used wholly or in part for the
purpose of furnishing gaSOline, not in the open air. to motor
vehicles.
For the -pur:poee of this ord.inance, the word "gaSOline"
shall be deemed to mean and include any product of getroleum or
any hydrocarbon liquid tha.t will fla.sh 01' emit a.n inflammable
vapor bel~l the temperature of one (1001 degrees Fahrenheit.
