(d) That any negleot or refusal on the part of the grantee. its suocessors or assigna. ~o Observe or comply with auy of the terms and condition. of thi. ord1nanoe contained, ehall ef- fect a forfeiture of the right, priVilege or permise10n hereby granted, and the said City by it.
