SECTION 1. That that aertain unnamed alley lying North
of the Narth line of 52nd Street and South of the South line of
Fruitland Road and lying East af and adJoining Lots One (ll, Two
(2) and Throe (3) in Bloak 24 of Huntington Park EXtension Na.l
in the City af Vernon, County of Los Angelee, State of California,
as per Map recorded in Book 8, page 181 of Mapa, reoords of B aid
Los Angeles County, be closed up, vaoated and abandoned as Con~ I
templated by Ordinanae No.427 of said City.
SECTION 2. That eaid work is far the alosing up af that
aertain unnamed alley lying North af the North Une of 52nd streetl,
and South of the Sauth line of Fruitland Road, and lying West of
and adJoining Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three(3) in Bloak 24 of
Huntington Park Extension No.1 in the City of Vernon, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more partiaularly desoribed in
the Ordinance of Intention hereinbefore referred to and in
Seotion 1 hereof mentioned, and it appears to said Board of
Trustees that there are no damages, oosts or expenses arising out
of said work, and that no assessment is necessary for said work,
and therefore no commissioners are appointed to assess benefits
und damages for said work and to have general supervision thereof.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall aertity to the paesage
of this Ordinanoe by an unanimous vote, and cause the same to be
posted in the follo'Ning named three publie plaees in the City of
32 Vernon: The Northwest corner of 37th street and Santa Fe Avenue,
