Any tank used as a preseure tank for forcing gaso-
lins into the body of the pump muat not exceed twenty (20)
gallons capacity and mUBt be of not less than ten (10) gauge,

connection with automobile filling ata~ionB only and eha11
not be used in connection with any public or private garage
or public filling station, nor shall such pressure tank be
used in connection with any system of any kind where any
part of euah BYBtam iB located inBide of any building or por-
tion of a building; provided, fur~ler, however, that nothing
in this paragraph contained shall be deemed or construed as
applying to any pump or device utiliaing hydraulic pressure
in lifting gasoline, the type and construction of which pump
or device haa been approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners."

It shall be unlawful for any person. firm or cor-
poration to store or keep, or cauee or permit to be stored
or kept, any gasoline for use in or about or in connection
with a public garage, private garage, automobile filling
station or public filling station, except as hereinbefore
provided, or in the manner following. All gasoline shall
be stored in a tank or tanks outside of any building, and
every such tank or tanks shall be thoroughly tested for
leaks a.nd coated with tar or other rust resisting material
before being set in p1ace. Before any such storage tank
is used, the same or the design or type thereof, shall be
aFproved by the Board of Fire Commissioners. All such
stora.ge tanks must be conatruc:ted of galva.nized iron or
steel and shall conform to the following schedule, to-wit:
