parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hareby
repealed.
Section 4: There being no newspaper of general circu-
1ation p..illted, publiahed and o1roul..ted 1ft the ouy of Vernon,
the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the paeeage of
this Ordinance, and shall post same, or cauae same to be posted,
in three of the most publio plaoes in said city, to.wit: the
northwest corner of 38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the north-
weet corner of 37th stree~ and Santa Fe 4venus; and on tbe
bulletill board in the lobby of the City Rall of the City of
Verllon. located at 4305 Saat.. Fe Avenue, in said City; that
this Ordil1&llce shall be in full force and effect from and ai'ter
thirty ~s from the date of posting.
