THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tlm CITY OF VERNON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordina.nce No. 181
be amended to read as follows:
.Section 3: It shall be unlawful for any person. firm
or corporation, either as owner, agent, em~loyee, or other-
wil.se, to eBt&b~if5h. conduct or maintain, or cause or permit
to be established. conducted or mainta.ined, any s1aughter

of Vernon except in Zone No. I, which is described as f01-
