Section 1: That there is hereby created in the City
7 Treasury a special fund to be known as the rtLight & Power Fund".

Section 2: That all moneys received by the City from

the sale of electric energy shall be deposited in said special

fund> a.nd there shall ce paid from said fund a.ll costs of opera.-

tien and maintenance of the City's light and ~aHer plant, in.
12 i eluding a monthly payment into the Light & Fower Bond Interest
13
and rtedamption Fund of an ~ount equa.l to one-twelfth of the
14
annual tond lntereet and redemption due from the City to bond
15

holders of the light

Vernon from time to time as In its judgment seems necessary,

shall appropriate moneys froT:l said special fund to the Light &

Power Extension Fund, said moneys ao transferred to the Light &
24
PO"Ner .Ebctension Fund to be used for exteneions, repla.cements
25
and improvements af the City of Vernon power and light -project.

is herety directed to certify to the pa.ssage of this Ordinance
and shall poet same, or cause same tote poat ed, in thr ee of
