a spur traCk heretofore constructed by said corporation.
The Board of Trustees of the Ci ty of Vernon do or dain as foll""..:
Section 1. 10 permit is hereby granted The Atchison, Topeka aDd
SEl.nta Fe Railway Company, a corporation. fo? a period or twenty-one
(21) yeare from am after the effective date of t.bh ordinance, to
maintain and operate a spur track acroe.. that portion of the aity
of Vernon, hereinafter de~cribed which said spur traak has hereto-
for~ been constructed by said. com.Pan.:r, the oenter line of wbich said
track is described as !ol~owl:
Track No. 33 acrosa the north half of 52nd Street.:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Fifty-Second
Street. diatan~ 629.65 feet easterly tram the northeast eorDer of
..aid Fifty-sccond street and Santa Fe Avenue; thenae ElQuthwesterly
on a curVe conoave to the northwest with a radius of 764.489 feet. a
distanoe of 30.03 feet. to a point in the aenter line of ..aid Fifty-
second Street, or south boundary line of City of Vernon. dlstan~
665.59 feet easterly from the intersection of center lines of said
Fifty-seoond Street and Santa Fe Avenue.

approved April 6th 1915, and al.o in aoeordance wi th and eubj ect to
the tel~s and conditiona in the ordinance contained.
Section 3. The aity Clerk shall certify to the pasaage of thie ordi-
nance by a unanimous. vote and there being no newspaper of general
circulation published and oirculated in tbe City of Vernon, shall
cauSe the same to be posted in three of the most public places in
the City of Vernon, to wit: TIle northWest oorner of 37tll Street ..nd
Santa Fe Avenue, and the northwest corner of 38th Street and Santa Fe
Avenue, and at the entranoe to the City Hall of said City, ~ooated at
4305 Santa Fe Avenue.
