NO. 321.

Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 321 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
IiSection 1: It shall be unlawful for any person either
as owner or othervd se to stop, or cause to be stopped,
any automobile or other motor vehicle upon Santa I,1e Avenue
in the City of Vernon, or upon Pacific Boulevard between
Santa Fe Avenue and the first right-of-way of the Atchison
Topeka & Santa Pe ~:(ailway, east of S~:mta Fe Avenue
(unless said automobile or other motor vehicle is stopped
or c'auaed to be stopped for the purpose of tak:1.ns on or
leaving off passengers, loading or unloadin: merchandise,
or in case of emergency or to avoid accident) unless said
automobile or other motor vehicle, when stopped, shall be
standing with the front end of said automobile or other
motor vehicle toward the curb line of sa.id Santa Fe Avenue
and said Pacific Boulevard, and in no event shall the
right front and right rear wheels of said vehicle, when
stopped, be more than eighteen inches (18") from. said curb.
lilt shall be unlawful for a.ny person to stop
or cause to be stopped, or to leave standing any auto-
mobile or other motor vehicle, or other vehicle, on Pacific
Boulevard between Santa. Pe Avenue and the first right-of-
way of the Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, east of
Santa Fe Avenue in said City, between the hours of seven
(7) A.M. and six (6) P.M. for a period of more than two
(2) hours.tt
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
