Southern Calitornia Edis on Company Ltd., a corporation
organized and existing under the laws ot the State ot Calitornia,
hereby aceepts the terms and conditions ot Ordinanee No. 554 of the
City of Vernon. County ot Los Angeles, State ot California, said
ordinance having been duly passed and adopted "by your Honorable Body
on the 18th day of August, 1942, and duly posted in three pUblic
places, to wit:
On the Bulletin Board in the Lobb1 ot the
City Hall, located at 4305 Banta Fe Avenue;
At the northweat corner ot 38th Street and
Santa Fe Avenue; aDd
At the northwest corner of 37th Street and
