Gentlemen:
We submit herewith three proposed franchise
forms which we have prepared in response to application
of Los Angeles Junction Railway Company for track crossings
over newly dedicated streets in the former Los AnGeles
Railway property. These provide for two track crossings
over 45th street, three crossings over Seville Avenue,
southerly of 45th Street, and two crossings over the
latter northerly of 45th Street.
The applications are in accordance with our
understanding with Central Manufacturing District, Inc.,
made at the time they joined in the street dedication,
and it is recommended that the franchises be adopted
subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
Respectfully submitted,
