THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOTS: Section 1. That the amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation upon taxable property within the city of Vernon as a revenue to carry on the various departments of said city for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1951, and to pay the bonded or other indebtedness of said city, or any portion or district thereof, is hereby fixed in the sum of One Million One no/100 Hundred Eighty Thousand Six Hundred Seventy.Lsix & Dollars (h,180,676.00 )* That said sum so fixed for the purposes hereinbefore set forth, does not exceed the limit fixed by law for such pur- poses. Section 2.
