3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING THE THREE MOST
PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CI'J:1Y OF' VERNON .fi'OR THE POSTING OF OFB'ICIAL
4 NOTICES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
5 TP~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' VERNON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOlriS:

Section 1:
That there is no newspaper of general
7 circulation established, printed or published in the City
8 of Vernon.

Section 2:
That the three most public places in
10 the City of Vernon for the posting of notices and other docu-
11 ments required to be posted by City Officials of the City of
12 Vernon under the laws of the State of California, or the
13 ordinances adopted by the City be, and the same are hereby
14 fixed and designated as the northwest corner of 38th Street
15 and Santa Fe Avenue, the northeast corner of Leonis Boulevard
16 and Pacific Boulevard, and on the bulletin board in the lobby
17 of the City Hall of said City, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue,
18 all in the City of Vernon, Los Angeles County, California.

Section 3:
That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 591 of
20
said City, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
21
flict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed.

Section 4:
The City Clerk is hereby directed to
23
certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall post same,
24
or cause same to be posted, in three of the most public places
25
in the City of Vernon, to wit: the northwest corner of 38th
Street and Santa Fe Avenue, the northeast corner of Leonis
Boulevard and Pacific Boulevard, and the bulletin board in the
lobby of the City Hall of the City of Vernon, located at 4305

1 Santa Fe Avenue, in said City; that this ordinance shall be
2 in full force and effect from and after thirty days from the
3 date of posting.
