2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VERNON PROVIDING FOR MAP CHECKING
FEE.

4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
That at the time of filing any final subdivision
map.. the subdivider shall pay to the City" or to the County.. the sum of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per map plus an additional Three Dollars ($3.00)
per lot included therein as a map checking fee pursuant to the provisions of
Sections 11593(b) and 115291 Business and Professions Code" and a City-
County agreement for map check services.
SECTION 2: There being no newspaper printed.. published
and circulated in the City of Vernon.. the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall post same.. or cause same to
be posted.. in three of the most public places in the City of Vernon.. to wit: the
northwest corner of 38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast corner of
Leonis Boulevard and Pacific Boulevard; and on the bulletin board in the lobby
of the City Hall of said City.. located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue.. all in ih e City of
Vernon.. Los Angeles County.. California; that this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of posting.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20th day of October.. 1964.
