A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon, Califm'nia, do here by resolve as follows, to-wit:
That the public interest and convenience require and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees to ordeJ( ,that
portion of ROSS STREET in said city, ext.ending from the South :line of 37th Street, formerly :Muriel Avenue, to
the North line of 38th Street, formerly Jefferson St.reet., as shown on the corrected map of the Aldine Square Tract
<lS per map recorded in Book 29, page 12 of Miseellaneous Reeords of the Count.y of Los Angeles, St.ate of Calihrnia,
to be improved in the following manner:
(a) That said street between said limit.s be graded to the offh.ial g'rade and t.hat the roadway space t.heuwf be
paved with a Portland ('ement, concrete base and asphalt wearing surface in aecordmwe with Specifications.,~o. 11
