SECOND: That a cement curb be constructed along each side of the roadway of said East Thirty-seventh Street from the easterly; line of Santa Fe Avenue to the westerly line of Boyle Avenue (cxcept such portions of East Thirty-seventh Street as are required by law to, be kept in order or repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon), in accordance with said Plans No, 142, andl in accordance with Specifications No.9, adopted by said Board, anel on file in the office of the said City Clerk. THIRD: That a cement gutter, one foot in width, be constructed along each side of the roadway of said East Thirty-seventh Street from the easterly line of Santa Fe Avenue to the westerly line of Boyle Avenue (except such portions of East Thirty-seventh Street as are required by law to be kept in order or repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon), in accordance :with said Plans No, 142, and in accordance with Specifications No. lU, adopted by said Board and on file in the office of said City Clerk. FOURTH: That at a point in said East Thirty-seventh Street 1314 feet easterly from the east line of Santa Fc Avenue, a cement concrete culvert with a corrugated iron top, together with two catdI basins be constructed from the north line to the south line of said East Thirty-seventh Street (excepting such portions of East Thirty-seventh Street as are required by law to be kept in order or' ,repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon), in accordance with Plans No. 142-B adopted by said Board of Trustees' arid on file in the office of the City Engineer. The Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon determine that serial bonds shall be issued to represent assessments of 'l'wenty-five ($25.00) Dollars or over for the cost of said work or improvement; said serial bonds. shall extend over a period ending nine (9) years from and after the second day of January next succeeding the date of said bonds, and an even annual proportion of the prin- cipal sum thereof shall be payable, by coupon, on the second day of January, every year after their date and until the whole is paid; and the interest shall be payable semi-annually, by coupon, on thesecond days of January and July, respectively, of each year, at the rate of 7% per annum on all sums unpaid, until the whole of said principal and interest are paid.
