RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No p _' X
RESOLUTION of the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon,
3 IDeclaring Its Intention to Improve East Forty-sixth Street from the
(Easterly line of Pacific Boulevard to a point 30 feet west of the
4 westerly line of the Los Angeles Fruitland Association Tract as
per map recorded in Book 3, page 156, Miscellaneous Records of Los
5 Angeles County, and Pacific Boulevard from the ':asterly line of
Santa Fe Avenue to the Northerly line of Fruitland Road in the Cty 6t;of Vernon, and Declaring the W rk or Improvement to be of more than:
local or ordinary public benefit, and that the expense of said work;'

boundaries of the district of land to be affected or benefited by
said work or improvement.
