for the purpose of electing two members of the Board of Trustees,

has established a consolidated election precinct for the purposes

of said e1ecGion, said precinct to be knovm and designated as Con-
8 solidated Election Precinct ~o. 1, and
9 JHEREAS, it is necessary and required that officers of the
10 board of election for said Consolidated Election Precinct ~o. l,
11 consisting of one inspector, two judges and two clerks be appointed
12 and their compensation as such officers fixed,
13 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of
14 the City of Vernon, that the following-named persons be, and they
15 are hereby appointed to the offices set opposite their names:

It is further resolved that the compensation of each o~thed i
above-named officers be, and it is hereby fixed at the sum of 10 -..... ~
which sum shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as I
other claims against the City of Vernon are paid.
Further: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directe
to do any and all things necessary for the conduct of said election
in accordance with the laws governing the same.
