WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City €If Vernon did,

That the publio unnamed alley running and extending in an
10 Easterly and Westerly direction from the Easterly boundary line €If
11 Ross Street to the ~esterly bcundary line €If the publio unnamed
12 alley extending from the Southerly line of East Thirty-seventh
13 Street to the Northerly line €If East Thirty-eighth Street between
14 Irving Street and Santa Fe Avenue, and parallel to, and with East
115 Thirty-seventh and East Thirty-eighth Streets in Blooks Twc (2)

5 VERNON, that it is hereby ordered that said work and improTement
6 . be done as aforesaid and as specifically desoribed and set forth i
