6' TEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF 'VERliON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. !l'hat ."2'. .hall b.. and there 18 hereby. levied.
8 upon eaoh one hundred dollars worth of property in the City of Ter-
9 non, at the value assessed by the County Assessor of the Oounty of
10 !Los Angeles. state of California, and as the same may have been
11 equalized by the Board of Supervisors of said oounty and state or
12 the State Board of Equalization of the fState of California, not

13 " ino1uding property taxable for state pl1rposes under the provisions
14 of Section 14 of Article I111 of the Constitution of California,
15 I for the purpose of raising revenue to carry on the various depart-
16 ments of the City of Vernon for the year 1921-22, and to pay the
17 II bonded indebtedness of the City of Vernon, the amount of which hav-
18 II 1ng beenfixed and determined by Ordinance NO.f~'. a tax in the

Section 2. The Clerk shall. upon the passage of this Resolu-
tion, oertify the fact and da~e thereof. and transmit a copy of th
same to the oounty auditor of the County of Los Angeles, state of
California.
