10 That the salary of Thomas V. Cassidy, eity Attorney of
11, said City, as legal adviser of said :Board of Trustees, anall be

legal work.

The salary hereby referred to shall be paid out of the
general fund of said cit.1.
The City elerk is hereby directed to certifY to the
passage of this resolution and the salll3 shall be in full force
and effect on and after the 1st. day of September, 1923.
