That the public interest and convenience
requires the work hereinafter described to be done; and the
Boa.rd of TI"'J.stees of the City of Vernon hereby orders the fol-
lowil~ work to oe done, or improvement to be made in said City,
to-wit:
(n) Th8.t a vi trified pipe sarli tary sewer, eight
inches (8") in diameter, together with the appurtenances herein-
after described, be cOI.structed in st. Charles street in the said
City of Vernon, from a point nine (9) feet south of the south
line of Vernor: Avenue to t..~e center line of Junier Street; in
Jurier Street from the center line of st. Charles street to a
point 470.15 feet westerly therefrom, a.nd acro ss all street
intersectiorls 2.long the line of said sani tor:'l sewer, together
wit!1 certoin':':ant.oles, fl:<8h ted<:s, iron fromes and covers,
and otiler a.ppurtenances, all in full accordarice with plan and
profile 10. 157, and in further accordance with the followirJg
