WHEREAS. the FACTORY SITE COMPANY, a corporation,
has conTeyed to the City Of Vernon. a municipal corporation
for pUblic purposes, the property described in attached deed,
and

WHEREAS, the City of Varnon, grantee therein,accepts
the S&IIle,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Bmard of Trustees
of the City of Vernon, thatsaid deed be, and the same is hereby
accepted, and that the Clerk is hereby instruoted to record the
same with the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
I, TH01~S J. FURLONG, Clerk of the City of Vernon and
ex-officio olerk pf the Board of Trustees thereof, do hereby
oertify that the foregoing is a true and correot copy of &
Resolution passed by said Board at a meeting thereof duly and
regularly held on the 16th day of October 1923.
