A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF VERNON
A~POINTING A CITY RECORDER IN THE PLACE AND STEAD OF M.W.O'DONNELL.

Section 1.
That Carson B. Hubbard be appointed City Recorder of the City of
Vernon.
Section 2.
That the said Carson B. Hubbard ia to serve as City Recorder at
the pleasure of the Board of Trustees.
Section 3.
That the salary of Carson B. Hubbard, City Recorder shall be the
sum of Fltft;J& 'no/lOO tf60.001.

Section 4.
The salary hereby referred to shall be paid out of the general
fund of said City.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this
resolution and the same shall be in full force and eflect on and after
the 13th~ay of November 1923.
