SECTION-1. That public interest and convenience requires

Vernon to order the following work to be done or improvement to

16 SNCTION IL There is hereby determined and declared
ii by the Board of TTus ees that serial bonds shall be issued to

the date of the warrant or the cost of said work or improvement
18 herein mentioned. Said serial bonds shall extend over a period
ending nine years from the second day of January next succeeding
19 the fifteenth day of the next November following their date.
20 An even annual proportion of the principal sum thereof
21 shall be payable by coupon on the second day of January every
22 year after the fifteenth day of the next November following their
23 date until the whole principal sum is paid; and the interest
24 shall be payable semi-annually by coupon on the second days of
25 January and July, respectively, of each year after their date,
26 at the rate of 7% per annum, on all assessments unpaid, until the

2 in the City Hall of said City, situate Northwest Corner Thirty-
3 eighth Street and Irving Street. Any and all persons having
4 any objections to the proposed work or improvement as herein
5 described, may appear before said Board of Trustees and state
6 cause why such proposed work or improvement should not be carried
7 out in accordance with this resolution. Said protest shall be
8 in writing and filed with the City Clerk of said Board at the
911City Hall in said City at or prior to the time set for hearing,
10 as herein provided.
11 SECTION V. There being no daily, semi -weekly or
2llweekly newspaper published in said City of Verb the City Clerk

24lproperty liable to be assessed, notices of the passage of this
25 resolution in the manner and =orm required by law.
26I SECTION V11. All of the herein proposed work or im-
