RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 295
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OJ'
4 VERNON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon do hereby
6 resolve as folloWB:-
SECTION 1. That the publio interest and oonvenienoe

8 requires, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the
9 City of Vernon to order the following improvement to be made to-wit:-
That a vitrified pipe sanitary sewer, eight inches
in diameter, together with the appurtenances hereinafter
described, be constructed in Audry Street from the existing
manhole at a point twenty-five (25') feet east of the
west line of St. Charles Avenue to a point twenty-five
(25') feet east of the west line of Hawthorne Avenue;
and in Hawthorne Avenue from a point five (5') feet
north of its southerly termination to a point one hundred
eighty-three (183) feet northerly therefrom and across
all atreets intersecting all along the line of said
sanitary sewer together with certain manholes, junction
ohambers, flush tanks, iron frames and oovers and other
appurtenances in aooordance with Specification No. 12
and Plan and Profile No. 165 and the following staniard

of the Board of Trustees of the said City of Vernon. in the
City Hall ot said City. situated on the Northeast corner of
13 38th Street and Irving Street. any and all persons having any

15 may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said

weekly newspaper published in said City of Vernon. the City Clerk
of said City shall certify to the passage of this resolution and
is hereby direoted to cause a true and oorrect oopy of this
resolution of intention to be published twice in the "Huntington
Park Signal", a weekly newspaper of general oirculation, published
in the City of Huntington Park. County of Los Angeles. State ot
California. in which County the City of Verntn is looated; which
newspaper is hereby designated for the purpose of the publioation
of this Resolution of Intention.
