RESOLUTION 10, 297,
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING A MAP
OF AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE LAYING OUT, OPENING AND WIDEN-
110 OF EAST 26TH STREET IN SAID CITY FROM THE EAST LINE OF SANTA

VERNON.
9 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Trustees
10 of the City of Vernon to lay out, open and widen East 26th Street
11 within the City of Vernon from the East line of Santa Fe Avenue to
12 the West line of Jatoneria Road in said City, and
13 WHEREAS, a certain district in said City is to be bene-
14 fited by said improvement and said district is to be assessed to
15 pay the expenses thereof and is to be known as an assessment dis-
16 trio*, and
17 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
18 the City of Vernon to approve a map showing the boundaries of the
19 territory to be included in said assessment district.
20I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
21 Section I,
22 That the map showing the assessment district for the
' 23 improvement is herein above stated, said map being attached to
24 this resolution and made a part thereof, be and the same is here-
25 by approved,

3 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Vernon to lay out, open and widen East 26th Street
within the City of Vernon from the East line of Santa Fe Avenue to
the West line of Ja•boneria Road in said City, and
WHEs.'AS9 a certain district in said City is to be bene-
fited by said improvement and said district is to be assessed to
pay the expenses thereof and is to be known as an assessment dis-
trict, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Vernon to approve a map showing the boundaries of the
territory to be included in said assessment district.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I.
That the map showing the assessment district for the
