ORDERING CERTAIN WORK TO BE DONE. OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE MADE. IN
3 AUDRY STREET IN SAID CITY.

8 duly passed and adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 295.
9 declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work
10 to be done. or improvement to be made. in said oity; which Resol-
11 ution of Intention was duly and legally published. as required
12 by law. as appears from the affidavit of J. A. Bowen. pUblisher-
13 of the Huntington Park Signal, now on file in the office of the
14 Bity Clerk of said oity. and
15 WHEREAS. after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention.
to-wit; on the 16th day of January.... 1924, notioe of the passage

line of said contemplated work. or improvement. and in front of all
property liable to be assessed therefor at not more than 300 feet
in distanoe apart. in the manner and form required by law. as
appears from the affidavit of T. J. Furlong. street Superintendent
of said City of Vernon. who personally posted same. and who, upon
the oompletion of the posting of said notices forthwith made and
filed said affidavit in the office of the city olerk ot said City
Vernon. making oath that he oompleted the posting of said notioes

wise, the Board of Trustees of the City of Vernon having now
acquired jurisdiotion to order the proposed work to be done, or
improvements to be made, said Board of Trustees does hereby resolve
as follows:-

SECTION 1. That the pub1io interest and oonvenienoe require..
2 and it is the intention of the Board of Trustee. of the City of
3 Vernon to order the following improvement to be made in said City,
4 to-wit:-
Ca) That a vitrified pipe sanitary sewer, eight inohes in

B twenty-five (26) feet east of the west line of St. Charles Avenue

10 Avenue; and in Hawthorne Avenue trom a point five (5') feet north
11 of its southerly termination to a point one hundred eighty-three
12 (183) feet norther1ytherefrom and aoross all streets intersecting
13 all along the line of said sanitary sewer together with oertain
141 manholes, junotion ohambers, flush tanks, iron frames and covers
151 and other appurtenanoes in accordanoe with Specifioation No. 12
16 and Plan and Profile No. 165 and the following standard plans of
