WHlmEAS, the Board of Trustees of the 01 ty of VemoD
has heretofore authorized the transferring of Forty-eight Thous-

of said City into the Bond Fund of said City, and
WHEREAS, there is now sufficient money 1D the Bond
JUnd to reimburse the General Fund for the money heretofore
tra.nsferred,
