said territory from the said City of
Vernon, and at the said time and
place all qualified electors of the said
city are hereby invited to vote upon
the said propositions bye placing a
cross (%) opposite the words "For
exclusion," or the words "Against ex-
clusion," on the ballots used at the
said election, to indicate whether
they vote for or against the exclus-
ion of said territory.
This notice is given by order' of
the Board of Trustees of the said
City of Vernon and in record with
'the resolution hereinbefore referred
to calling the said special municipal
election.
