PUBLIC SERVICE C01WITTEE. It shall be the duty of
the Public Servioe Committee to supervise the general welfare
of the City and it's inhabitants. and shall reoommend to the
Board. from time to time, the necessity of any publio servioe
improvement p8rtaining to theeleotrio lights, power, gas. water
and telephone service furnished by Publio Servioe Corporations
in the City of Vernon. .
The City Clark shall oertify to the passage of this
resolution and same shall be in full foroe and eff..t OB ~
after date of passage.
